Arsenal vs Brighton: Build up and Paulista update

Ahead of the FA Cup 4th Round clash with Championship side Brighton and Hove Albion, the fit-again Forward Theo Walcott has been talking about their previous visit and his love for the competition. After being out injured for almost whole of 2014, he made is first start against Hull City in last round victory. Now he is hungry for the action and is raring to go and make impact again. On speaking with Arsenal Player regarding their previous trip when he scored the winner there, he said “I remember a few years ago we won 3-2 there. Me and Jack came off the bench and we managed to win it in the end, but it was a tough game." “It’s a lovely stadium, the changing rooms are fantastic and the fans were absolutely brilliant and the pitch is great as well." Looking forward to it, he didn't had much to say, "It is going to be a great test and Chris Hughton is manager now and he is a very good manager."
Talking about the prestigious trophy, the pacy winger expressed his desire to win it again following last season's personal disappointment of missing the victorious final “A lot of people say some players have lost some love for [the competition] but not for me at all. I am sure our players, having won it last year, will want to hold on to the trophy so it is important to start well. “For me personally it would be fantastic [to do well in the cup] because of the disappointment of last year. That is something I am desperate to achieve this year."
Player of the Moment, Santi Cazorla also echoed is emotions "It was my first trophy with the club and I want to get another one this year." Adding to it "We want to win this competition again and this is a very good opportunity for us. We need to play against Brighton away and we can repeat this year with another trophy for the fans and the club.”
Moving on to Paulista, he is dropped from the next match without any injury, perhaps as a caution to prevent him from one so that it doesn't scupper the deal. It indicates a positive sign in a bid to land him at Arsenal. Now the only thing that can prevent the move is the work permit issue but the Londoners are confident of getting it sorted.
That's it for now. Will be back with the preview. Till then, enjoy your weekend!
