Krystian Bielik has finally completed his move to Arsenal from Legia Warsaw for an undisclosed fee believed to be in the region of £2mn-£2.4mn. As Wenger has said, he will go straight into the main squad but the player doesn't think he is ready for the hustle and bustle of the first team action. So it remains to be seen how his development starts and where does he end in May.
Another player who can join the Gunners is Gabriel Paulista as media people are running stories that Arsenal has submitted a bid of £10mn + add-ons thought to be convincing for the Villarreal Management to let Paulista leave. The 26 year old Brazilian has said that the responsibility of this move to happen is now upto his agent who is being reported to be seen at the passport office for the past 2 days. To answer the questions regarding credibilty of this story, ESPN has reported are that the Londoners are set to have a hearing today regarding his work permit issue. If all of this ends on a positive note, we'll be finally having a balanced team with enough strength to compete for the Barclays Premier League and UEFA Champions League(though chances are slimmest, but over-optimism is making me dream).
Will be back and start the build-up for the FA Cup tie against Brighton and Hove Albion.
